WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Responsible for technical assignments that further develop engineering skills.
• Independently evaluate select and apply standard engineering techniques procedures and criteria good using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications.
• Lead assignments that have clear and specified objectives and require the investigation of a limited number of variables. Assistance will be provided on unusual problems from senior technical staff and work will be reviewed for application of sound professional judgment.
• Accountable for conducting comprehensive data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights and making data-driven decisions to optimize processes improve performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Perform work which involves conventional types of plans investigations surveys structures or equipment with relatively few complex features for which there are precedents.
• Identify and develop expertise in new technologies that can be utilized internally for the development of innovative processes to deliver new products or packaging to the marketplace.
• Identify and partner with external equipment vendors and engineering service providers to develop new process and packaging solutions.
• Drive continuous process improvement through the ability to recognize unnecessary complexities and process gaps and proactively drive implementation of strategies to execute effective solutions.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to actively participate in a Team-based environment.

BENEFICIAL

• Prior manufacturing experience.
• Power BI experience.
