Your opportunity
We are currently looking for Accounting Specialist to join our DoDo accounting team part of our Finance Department.
How you will contribute
The ideal candidate will:
- Process and verify incoming invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and tax regulations.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Participate in the monthly process of intercompany (IC) balance reconciliation
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Procurement Treasury Accounting) to ensure smooth operations.
Who you are
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Economics with an interest in accounting topics or a high school diploma in Accounting.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus.
- Accuracy reliability and curiosity.
- Passion and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work in a team.
