With ourstructured training and supportive team environment youll grow your skillsstep by step - starting with one section as a Chef 1 building confidenceacross two as a Chef 2 and mastering all three to become a Chef 3. At everystage youll be guided encouraged and celebrated as you put your heart intoevery dish and every shift.
What Youll Do:
- Deliver exceptional dishes that make every guest feelspecial as part of our Hospitality Magic ethos.
- Take full responsibility for your creations ensuring eachplate meets our high standards of excellence.
- Help keep a safe clean and well-organised kitchen by following Prezzo Italians food safety and hygiene standards includingHACCP policies.
- Be an active participant in the local scene connecting withguests and creating lasting relationships.
- Support stock control by sticking to portion guidelines andhelping reduce waste. Youll also make sure all kitchen paperwork - liketemperature checks and cleaning records - is completed accurately and on timeso every dish is served with pride and confidence
- Continuously challenge yourself to improve accept feedbackand show resilience in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Work with your teammates support one another and celebrateteam achievements.
A passion for cooking and a love for creating memorabledining experiences.
- Experience in a similar role with a strong commitment toquality and detail.
