Job Description:
Work under moderate supervision to set objectives for own job area
Communicate with contacts inside and outside own team to explain and interpret operational processes practices and procedures
Identify and address changes within own job area
Work to achieve operational targets with some impact on departmental results
Perform data entry tasks essential to program execution
Compile and analyze program status
Participate in program meetings and assist in the preparation of meeting materials
Develop mechanisms to monitor program progress across various functional teams
Collaborate with multi-level program managers to achieve key business and financial objectives including orders revenue recognition operating income and free cash flow for new and ongoing programs
Support the overall program management team in achieving broader objectives
Work independently under regular direction and guidance on non-routine tasks requiring judgement and initiative
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; Or Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience; Or in lieu of a degree a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
Ability to obtain US Government security clearance

Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in New York state is $56500-$105500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
