The Homework Coordinator creates and maintains a safe environment for students within the program space. The Homework Coordinator communicates with parents as necessary regarding behavior issues and events. The objective is to have more access to structured and targeted homework support and increased completion of homework Qualifications Bachelors Degree working with elementary aged children tutoring or mentoring students or teacher assistant experience to motivate and manage behavior to organize and supervise members in a safe environment Qualifications Prior supervisory experienceAdvanced computer knowledge and skillsReports to Building Principal Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPromote and stimulate program guidance and role modeling to tutoring group during school program assisting students in completing with teachers and parents as Skills AbilitiesAbility to organize and supervise members in a safe to work in a busy fast paced to assist students with schoolwork and time management to work toward improving and/or maintaining Range: $800.00 Stipend (approximately $50/hour)Schedule: 3:20pm-4:20pm for 16 weeksDates: 2026Jan.Feb. 5 12 26MarchApril 2 9 16 30May 7This description is not meant to be all-inclusive and the Homework Coordinator shall be expected to perform additional tasks as assigned.
