We are adding an Individual Financial Services Coordinator to our growing team of enthusiastic high achievers dedicated to creating a positive client experience. The individual in this role will provide administrative support to our Individual Financial Services team.

The Individual Financial Services Coordinator will:
Prepare new sales documents for various insurance carriers for the Individual Financial Services team and coordinate completion of documents by clients
Maintain client file notes for all transactions and interactions for individual clients
Monitor and follow-up on outstanding forms for individual financial service transactions
Coordinate withdrawal requests with Group Retirement insurance carriers
Support the Individual Financial Services team with various client communication monitoring and campaigns
To be Successful as an Individual Financial Services Coordinator with Life Benefit Solutions you will need :
A passion for customer service
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with a variety of clients
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
The ability to work independently and take initiative being a proactive self-starter with a positive attitude
To be comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Team engagement and responsiveness with our clients and partners
Proficiency with the MS Office suite of products
Experience in individual financial services is considered an asset but not required
