Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our team at Tonic3 a digital transformation partner known for modernizing companies with user-centric design AI integration and software development. As a Help Desk Technician you will play a critical role in providing technical support and assistance to internal employees and external clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to help desk requests from users via phone email or in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues providing solutions promptly and effectively
  • Document all reported issues and resolutions in the help desk tracking system
  • Install configure and maintain computer systems printers and other peripherals
  • Assist with software updates upgrades and patches
  • Collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex technical issues when necessary
  • Provide technical training and support to users
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and software licenses

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience in AI integration software development or digital transformation projects
  • Certifications in relevant technologies such as CompTIA A or Microsoft Certified Professional
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Salary & Benefits:
