At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

In contract lifecycle management technology (CLM) at PwC you will specialise in providing consulting services for implementing CLM technology solutions. You will have extensive experience in various CLM technologies.

You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Summary

Were building a groundbreaking Agentic Innovation Lab to build AI agents that solve problems across legal procurement and contracting. Were seeking an optimist who loves solving problems and can turn ideas into shipped value.

Youll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to identify pain points across legal contracting and broader enterprise functions and develop AIdriven agents prototypes and bespoke use cases.

We need someone with great product management skills who creates clarity aligns teams and ships outcomes. You dont necessarily need to hold the title of Product Manager but were looking for someone who understands usecase development backlogs testing and delivery methodology and brings rigour. If youre interested in Legal Technology and/or Agentic AI and have the right experience this might be a great fit.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the lab roadmap backlog and transparent workflow visibility.

  • Translate legal/procurement/contracting issues into actionable plans with clear problem statements.

  • Guide projects from concept to pilot (and package for scale) delivering top ideas fast.

  • Coordinate teams (design data engineering SMEs) to ensure timely accurate delivery.

  • Define simple success metrics and dashboards and report progress.

  • Conduct quick prerelease tests and address feedback through structured betas.

  • Foster strong client and team relationships and support change management.

Experience & Skills

  • 58 years in product legal ops procurement CLM or transformation roles.

  • Proven track record taking ideas from concept to launch and driving adoption.

  • Comfortable working with rough prototypes and iterating fast with stakeholders.

  • Experience packaging repeatable solutions and showing commercial impact.

  • Comfortable working with technical stakeholders and iterative prototypes.
