Duties & Responsibilities

Job & Company Description:

As a Fermentation Supervisor youll oversee the operation of fermentation plants and utilities ensuring adherence to production plans quality standards and food safety requirements. Youll manage plant procedures monitor parameters and coordinate maintenance activities while driving operational excellence and team collaboration.

Education:

BSc or MTech in Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology (essential)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 5 years experience in fermentation plant operations
At least 2 years supervisory experience (non-negotiable)
Strong understanding of fermentation technology and plant unit operations
Intermediate computer literacy
Excellent problem-solving planning and organizational skills
Ability to work continuous shifts and under pressure
Leadership and conflict resolution skills
Good report writing and communication abilities
