The Opportunity

Dexuss Industrial Portfolio is curated to meet the increasing demand for efficient and flexible industrial spaces in Australia. These assets are responsive to our customer needs and strategically located to provide easy access to both existing and new customers.

Due to internal promotion we have an outstanding opportunity for a Portfolio Manager - Industrial to join the team. Portfolio Managers at Dexus are responsible for leading and inspiring their team driving performance of assets and developing property investment strategies to meet the Funds Objectives.

You will make an impact by:

Lead and develop your team of Property Managers and Assistants to deliver financial and operational objectives.
Drive portfolio performance through accurate budgeting forecasting and financial reviews.
Develop and implement Strategic Asset Plans including capital expenditure strategies and stakeholder engagement.
Optimise leasing outcomes by partnering with the Leasing team to minimise vacancies and maximise income.
Manage valuations and capital works programs ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
Support acquisitions and divestments by contributing to due diligence and strategic portfolio decisions.
Build strong relationships with investors tenants and industry stakeholders to enhance asset value.
Contribute to fund objectives through portfolio construction investment strategies and reporting.

About You

Youre a commercially astute property professional with experience in asset management ideally within the industrial or retail sector. You thrive in collaborative environments drive performance and inspire teams to achieve bold goals. You will bring:

Tertiary qualification in property land economics finance commerce or accounting.
Proven experience in Property Asset or Portfolio Management ideally within the Industrial sector.
Strong understanding of real estate valuations processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Commercial acumen - drives value through bold goal-setting and impactful work for clients investors and stakeholders.
Innovative thinking - challenges the status quo and turns bold ideas into action.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and thorough understanding of real estate management.
