Join Our Deals Team Consultant Transaction Services (PwC Romania)
Are you ready to make an impact in the world of Deals At PwC Romania we help clients navigate complex transactions and create sustainable value. Were looking for aConsultantto join ourTransaction Servicesteam specializing infinancial due diligence and connected services.
What you will be doing:
- Analyze financial statements and key metrics (EBITDA Net Working Capital Net Debt).
- Prepare sections of the financial due diligence reports (buyside-sell-side) and deliver insights to clients.
- Collaborate with tax legal and other PwC teams for integrated solutions.
- Research industries and companies to support high-profile transactions.
What we need from you:
- 25 years of experience in financial audit finance or accounting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards (IFRS is a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills;Power BI /Alteryx /GenAI toolsare a plus.
- ACCA student status is an advantage.
