- HR Operations:Oversee daily HR activities from compliance to policy development and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Employee Relations:Be the go-to for HR inquiries resolve conflicts and ensure compliance with laws and company policies. Build communication channels that keep everyone connected.
- Performance Optimization:Implement systems to optimize performance coach managers on goal-setting and foster employee growth through development opportunities.
- Team Leadership:Mentor and inspire your direct reports cultivating a collaborative high-performance team culture.
What You Bring to the Table
Were looking for someone whos as passionate about people as they are about results. Heres what youll need:
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
- 6 to 10 years of HR experience ideally in manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in recruitment talent acquisition and people management.
- Ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing direct reports and fostering team growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of HR laws regulations and compliance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced challenging environment with minimal oversight.
- Top-notch analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for confidentiality.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus!
