About the Programme

Advanced Operations (AO)is Strykers global function specializing inNew Product Introductions (NPI)across all divisions. TheAOGEDPis a20-month structured development programmedesigned to build your technical professional and leadership capabilities through:

  • Rotational assignments across engineering functions
  • Exposure to cutting-edge technologies including additive manufacturing robotics and advanced automation
  • Collaboration with global teams in Product Development Quality Assurance and Operations

Youll be part of a high-performing innovative team that supports the successful launch of new products and technologies across Strykers nine divisions.

Key Responsibilities During Rotations

  • Contribute to cross-functional project teams
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative product concepts
  • Investigate design and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies
  • Support process handover from development to production
  • Work closely with Design Quality and Manufacturing Engineering teams
  • Provide process validation support internally and with external vendors
  • Hands-on machine programming and prototyping
  • Apply Design for Manufacturing principles
  • Develop and qualify new test equipment and methods
  • Participate in technical and professional development training

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree (Level 8 or above) in Mechanical Manufacturing Biomedical Digital BIS or Project Management disciplines
  • Graduation betweenJune 2024 and September 2026
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes materials and product design
