STEPS Behavioral Health is hiring compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and entry-level candidates interested in ABA therapy. No prior ABA experience required-we provide paid training and support to earn your RBT certification.
Job Overview
As a Registered Behavior Technician you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism and developmental disabilities in home school and community settings. Youll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and be part of a supportive mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect accurate session data and document progress
- Support skill development communication and behavior goals
- Collaborate with BCBAs families and school teams
- Maintain ethical professional and compassionate care

Qualifications
- Experience working with children with Autism developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges (preferred not required)
- Strong communication patience and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between home and school locations
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
