Role Overview:
The Senior Associate Performance Tester leads performance testing efforts mentors junior testers and ensures robust test strategies for complex systems. This role involves advanced scripting analysis and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive performance test strategies.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks for load stress and endurance testing.
Analyze test results identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Define SLAs KPIs and reporting standards for performance metrics.
Mentor junior testers and enforce best practices. Word
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
46 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
Expertise in tools like JMeter LoadRunner Blazemeter.
Strong programming skills (Java Python) and knowledge of system architecture.
Experience with APM tools and cloud environments.
ISTQB Advanced Level or Performance Engineering certification preferred.
Technical Stack Examples:
Tools: JMeter LoadRunner Blazemeter DataDog.
Languages: Java Python SQL.
