Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Proven experience in a technical supportenvironment performing fault investigation triaging and resolution
Experience with desktop support server support hardware network and software installation and troubleshooting
O365 experience is essential. Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PCs.
Experience with supporting a corporate Windows and Linux environment
Active Directory (users mailbox management )
Office 365 Outlook exchange and other critical business application support Standalone Support
Printing (installation deployment configuration disposals)
Complex Software installation and troubleshooting
Network (triaging fault diagnostic root cause analysis)
Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PCs
Provide support for hardware such as laptops desktops and monitors.
As a Field Engineer you will Provide technical (1st and 2nd level) IT support to internal employees via telephone email walk-ins and remotely.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Must be an Australian Citizen.
This role requires a mandatory NV1 security clearance (NV2 preferred).
Prior experience working in hardware break and fix installation desk-side software support and service desk support.
