They are now seeking an experienced Concrete Pump Operator to support precast operations within a high-output production facility. This role suits operators who take pride in safe consistent high-quality work and want to be part of a long-term project workforce.
About the Role
You will be responsible for operating concrete pump equipment used in the production of precast components. This includes the safe setup operation monitoring and shutdown of pumping systems.
You will be working closely with production teams to ensure accurate placement of concrete into moulds maintain flow quality and contribute to daily targets.
Operate concrete pump trucks and associated equipment safely and efficiently
Set up and break down pumping systems in accordance with safety requirements
Coordinate with batching and production teams to ensure timely concrete delivery
Perform routine inspections cleaning and basic maintenance on pump equipment
Monitor concrete flow and report irregularities or quality concerns
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist in general precast activities as required
Requirements
Experience operating concrete pumps in precast or civil construction (essential)
Valid drivers licence
Strong technical understanding of pump operation and maintenance
Ability to interpret work instructions and follow safety protocols
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
Reliable team-oriented and committed to safe work practices
