What Youll Be Doing
Rotate across core HR functions while learning from senior practitioners
Support hiring onboarding workforce coordination and internal mobility
Assist in people programs wellbeing initiatives and employee support
Contribute to reporting data insights and people-related project work
Build strong relationships across project teams and partner organisations
Gain exposure to best-practice HR processes within a major infrastructure environment
Requirements
Recently completed (or completing) a degree in HR Business Psychology or related discipline
A natural communicator who enjoys working with people
Curious proactive and eager to learn in a complex project environment
Able to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
Looking to develop a long-term HR career within large-scale projects
Enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced team setting
