Job Description
Your opportunity
As a Supply Chain and Logistics Non-Merchandise Support you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of non-merchandise materials to our warehouses and stores. You will manage the end-to-end flow of operations coordinating closely with suppliers carriers KerOps and Brand teams to optimize logistics processes and enhance operational efficiency.
How you will contribute
The Supply Chain and Logistics Non-Merchandise Support plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient procurement production and distribution processes. This position requires a high level of coordination across multiple stakeholders problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Support the coordination of shipments from suppliers to warehouses monitoring timing and delivery status
- Assist in managing day-to-day communication with suppliers carriers and warehouse teams
- Provide support in tracking stock levels and preparing basic reports
- Help ensure data accuracy in internal systems and documents
- Escalate issues or delays to the team and contribute to finding practical solutions
- Perform administrative and operational tasks to keep supply chain flows efficient
- Support the Manager for extraordinary activities / project
Who you are
- Previous experience in logistics supply chain or administrative roles is preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel
- Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is a plus
- Detail-oriented organized and accurate
- Team player flexible proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
