Job Summary

Job Description

An important Private Bank in Geneva is looking for their new Assistant to Client Relationship Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily administrative and commercial activities for Client Relationship Managers (CRMs)

  • Manage retrocessions and related commissions

  • Handle account openings closings and all required documentation

  • Ensure compliance with internal/external regulations (FATCA AML MiFID etc.)

  • Prepare documentation and materials for client meetings

  • Respond to client enquiries by email or telephone

  • Execute control and monitor client instructions (payments FX stock exchange transactions static data changes)

  • Monitor credit lines and investment maturities

  • Follow up and resolve administrative issues

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance

  • First relevant experience in Private Banking or External Asset Manager support

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Avaloq knowledge is an advantage

  • Strong ability to prioritise solve problems and work independently under pressure

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit

  • High level of integrity flexibility accountability and work ethic
