About the Role
Were seeking a driven and detail-orientedBid/Tender Managerto join our international this role youll take ownership of the full tendering process from spotting opportunities to submitting winning proposals. Youll collaborate with global clients and internal experts shaping high-quality bids that directly influence our success on the international stage.
Key Responsibilities
Identifyand track tender opportunities across leading global platforms.
Analyzetender requirements and align them with company capabilities.
Coordinateinput from technical financial and delivery teams to prepare compelling submissions.
Managethe end-to-end submission process ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
Communicatewith clients and partners to clarify tender requirements and build trust.
Evaluateresults share lessons learned andimproveinternal processes for greater win rates.
Requirements
3 years of proven experience in bid/tender management.
Strong knowledge of international tendering standards and best practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
Fluent English (other languages are a plus).
Experience with tender platforms (e.g. TED FedBizOpps TendersOnTime) and project management tools.
