Enterprise IT is seeking an experienced Product Manager within the Global Supplier Management and Workplace Services Value Team to lead our Travel Meetings and Employee Expense (TMEE) products with the flexibility to extend into adjacent Supplier Management capabilities as business needs evolve. The ideal candidate will deliver technical solutions in an agile environment drive measurable business value and build trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
The Product Manager will work as a member of the TMEE Product Line. Under the direction of the Product Line Lead the selected candidate will be responsible for partnering closely with key stakeholders to define and maintain a backlog of capabilities that enable the effective management of our companys products.
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Gain deep subject-matter expertise within key travel meeting and employee expense business processes systems and data
Define overall product vision and strategy with a keen focus on value business outcomes and user experience
Follow and apply Product Model principles to maximize value delivery
Define objectives and key results for all products
Partner with key stakeholders in GSM to define a product roadmap based upon business priorities
Maintain and prioritize a healthy backlog which aligns with the overall roadmap and serve as requirements for the delivery squad
Capture convey and manage risks impediments assumptions and dependencies for execution and focus on reducing impact early and often
Measure the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for the in-scope products and make informed decisions which will lead to TCO optimization
Collaborate with various IT teams to help ensure alignment between business needs and solutions
Drive release and operational support planning and execution
Serve as primary contact point for questions on business requirements and related questions
Required Qualifications:
Experience with SAP Concur as a SaaS product or similar applications and technologies including industry trends
5 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years of demonstrated technical leadership experience using agile methodologies
Experience collaborating with vendors/external partners
Demonstrable experience in building and supporting large-scale IT solutions using modern technologies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders
Experience managing a globally distributed implementation squad
Preferred:
Agile and/or Product Management Certifications
Exposure to Global Supplier Management applications and technologies including industry trends
