The Regional Director of Business Development leads growth relationship strategy and market development across all he DFW service areas. This leader inspires a collaborative mission-driven approach to outreachensuring teams feel supported heard and equipped to build strong community partnerships.

Lead and mentor a team of business development and outreach professionals.
Develop strategies that strengthen referral relationships and expand awareness of hospice services.
Foster a culture of communication accountability and supportive leadership.
Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities aligned with our mission.
Collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless compassionate patient access.
Promote a yes-minded approach that supports innovative ideas and solutions.

Requirements

Leadership experience in healthcare sales or business development (hospice preferred).
A collaborative communication-first leadership style.
Strong relationship-building skills across healthcare and community partners.
A passion for supporting team members and honoring the purpose of hospice care.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on support.
