Position: Speech Language Pathologist
Location: 11414 East 51st Street Suite E Tulsa Oklahoma 74146
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm 8am-5pm 9am-6pm
Compensation: $74880-$83200 depending on experience
Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Tulsa OK.
Our team offers specialized treatment for Parkinsons disease which can be helpful at all stages. We have a combined 25-year history of providing therapeutic intervention aimed at minimizing disability. We partner with our patients to create a customized plan for symptom management and goal-setting.
We offer speech therapy services which include the SPEAK OUT! Parkinsons program tongue thrust for pediatrics and adults inclusions head/neck cancer rehabilitation and swallowing difficulties.
Must have CCCs for this position! Experience in outpatient pediatrics is required.

Responsibilities
- Build Relationships: Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
- Collaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services
- High Standard of Care: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs
- Personalized Treatment: Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.
Qualifications
- Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
- State SLP licensure required
- ASHA certification is required
- 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
