Position	:	Programme Officer (Patient Care Assistant II) Occupational Therapy David Trench Rehabilitation Centre

Salary	:	HK$19764 HK$24701 per month
		Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to people recovering from mental illness in:

a. planning and implementing rehabilitation programs social and wellness activities;

b. job coaching and liaison with employer partners; and

c. carrying out cooking cleaning and required tasks.

Responsible for the clerical and administrative duties and working with clubhouse members people recovering from mental illness in:

a. carrying out computer tasks; and

b. daily running of the Administration Unit including compilation of statistics data collection sending email and management reporting.

Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry Requirements

1.	Completed F.5 / S.5 or equivalent; AND
2.	Completed structured departmental training (See remarks).

Preferred Attributes :

1.	Good general education up to tertiary level or higher will be an advantage.
2.	Relevant training in research study is preferred.
3.	Knowledge in PC software of Excel Word Outlook Chinese Word Processing Desktop Publishing.
4.	Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
5.	Interest to serve communicate and work with people recovering from mental illness.
6.	Self-motivated willing to learn and able to work independently.
7.	Effective communication and interpersonal skill.

2. Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements (2) if find suitable will be employed to undergo at least 6 months on the job training. Employment may be terminated if the selected applicant cannot pass the assessment after training.
