Job Summary
Infosys is seeking a Workday Finance / Technical Lead Consultantwith extensive experience inWorkday economy. This person will interface with key stakeholders apply domain and technical and functional proficiency including requirements elicitation design build and deployment of solutions for supporting customers Workday ERP a Lead Consultant the person will play an important role in creation and development of industry solutions. This person will be part of a learning culture where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged excellence is rewarded. This person will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts serve as a key member of the digital technology team participating in ERP digital projects integration development and working with finance leads technical product managers corporate and business unit teams and third parties to orchestrate digital solutions in using Workday ERP.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh NC Indianapolis IN Phoenix AZ Richardson TX Dallas TX or Hartford CT. or be willing torelocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
6years of experience with Workday application to include advanced reporting proficiency.
Expertise in financial data analysis including the ability to understand the business requirement user needs and translate them into operational requirements.
Experience in Workday prism workday reporting expertise using BIRT dashboards embedded analytics EIBs core connectors studio integration and composite reporting.
Experience with Workday security in relational reporting.
Experience in agile scrum methodology and workday integrations working on large initiatives.
Experience in Workday studio Workday report writer Calculated fields Workday Extend CCB BIRT EOBs Core connectors Integration system user(ISU) Integration system security group(ISSG).
Experience in hands on configuring developing and testing on the Workday platform(Proficient with integrations Integration security Cloud connect EIBS BIRT Calculated fields Report Writer XML XSLT SOAP and REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of Workday functional modules strong analytical skills proven experience understanding and effectively implementing workday integration across workday modules.

Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
Strong expertise in project management business analysis gathering and documenting the requirements.
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely technical business and management teams
Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
