The Opportunity

As a PCT you will be a vital member of our care team providing direct support to patients aged10 to 17 years oldwho are navigating eating disorders. This role offers the chance to be a consistent positive role model and mentor in a young persons recovery journey.

What Youll Do

Direct Patient Support:Assist young patients with daily living activities and ensure a safe structured and therapeutic environment.
Mentorship & Role Modeling:Actively promote positive coping mechanisms healthy routines and social skills development.
Observation & Reporting:Monitor patient behavior document vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing and PMHNP team.
Crisis Intervention:Provide immediate supportive intervention as needed under the direction of clinical staff.

Shift Requirements (Flexibility is a Must)

We offer both full-time and part-time positions.
You must be available to work within the hours of7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician preferred
Previous experience in a patient care role is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of medical terminology
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
