We are growing AGAIN! The C. Harper Auto Group is looking for a qualified applicant for an Automotive Warranty Administrator. This qualified applicant must have a previous working knowledge and functional background dealing with auto manufactures Warranty submission practices. Automotive Dealership experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims efficiently
- Verify criteria required by manufacturer
- Correct errors and post credits using CDK
- Following up with manufacturers regarding pending claims
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Identify problems within a repair submission and correct them with assistance
- A working knowledge of automotive parts and a minimum of 2 years of experience in warranty administration
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Professional personal appearance and demeanor
- Valid drivers license required
