Deine Aufgaben Du machst mit uns den Unterschied:

• Administration und Weiterentwicklung von ServiceNow:
  • Erstellung und Anpassung von Workflows Business Rules Client Skripts ACLs und UI Policies
  • Integration externer Systeme über REST/SOAP APIs
  • Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben
  • Pflege und Anpassung des Service Katalogs
  • Mitarbeit in der Pflege und Optimierung des CMDB-Datenmodells
  • Mitarbeit in der Integration von ServiceNow mit anderen IT-Systemen und Anwendungen (Intune Sentinel Azure/Entra Microsoft AD etc.)

• PowerShell Scripting & Automatisierung:
  • Automatisierung von Benutzer- und Gruppenprozessen
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Skripten zur Automatisierung von Routineaufgaben
  • Erstellung von Reporting- und Monitoring-Lösungen
  • Integration von PowerShell Routinen in den ServiceNow Mid-Servern Entra ID (Azure) und anderen Tools
  • Überführen der Funktionalitäten des BeNu-Tools (Eigenentwicklung) in die Standards von Microsoft IAM-Tools und ServiceNow

• Technische Dokumentation & Support:
  • Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Betriebshandbücher
  • 2nd/3rd Level Support für ITSM Tools und Schnittstellen

Dein Profil Damit begeisterst Du uns:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit ServiceNow-Administration und -Entwicklung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• Sehr gute PowerShell-Kenntnisse
• Erfahrung mit ITIL-Prozessen und ITSM-Frameworks
• Kenntnisse in API-Integration und Skriptsprachen (z.B. JavaScript JSON Python von Vorteil)
• Erfahrung im Scripting (Java Glide API PowerShell) Flow Designer CSS HTML und REST/SOAP APIs
• wünschenswert sind ServiceNow-Zertifizierungen (z.B. CSA CAD)
• Microsoft-Zertifizierungen im Bereich Azure/Entra ID
• Erfahrung mit Microsoft Graph API
• Kenntnisse in Sicherheits- und Compliance-Themen (z.B. RBAC MFA u.a.)
• ITIL V3 oder V4 Foundation Zertifizierung
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
