The Regional VP of Operations provides strategic oversight and operational leadership for our hospice location covering the DFW area. You will guide clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient-centered care while fostering a work environment where employees feel valued heard and supported.

Lead multi-site operational performance with an employee-first approach.
Strengthen processes that enhance quality compliance and patient satisfaction.
Mentor local leaders developing a culture of collaboration and open communication.
Champion a yes culture that encourages solutions creativity and compassionate decision-making.
Drive growth while ensuring the integrity and mission of hospice care.

Requirements

Executive leadership experience in healthcare (hospice preferred).
A passion for supporting teams and elevating care delivery.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to lead with empathy purpose and resilience.

Payrate: Commensurate with experience
