The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including but not limited to a candidates geographical location relevant education experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.
What Nuclear Manufacturing contributes to Cardinal Health
Manufacturing is responsible for cost of production and maintenance activities including process improvement supply chain management quality assurance employee safety and engagement and environmental commitment.
Nuclear Manufacturing is responsible for the manufacturing of time sensitive radiopharmaceuticals in an integrity driven highly regulated environment (i.e. FDA NRC DOT) to support patient treatment through disease diagnosis staging and monitoring.
Shift/Schedule
- 40 hours weekly / Full Time
- Weekend 2nd Shift
- Friday Sunday 3x12s 7:00am 7:30pm
- Monday 4 hour shift - 7:00am 11:00am
- Must be flexible to work other hours and days as needed
Responsibilities
- Ability to execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements including Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Ability to manage inventory
- Monitor and verify quality in accordance with SOPs
- Ability to perform general maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facility
- Work in partnership with cross functional teams to ensure product/productionexpectations and demands are met
- Disciplined approach to adhering to a large volume of SOPs with the ability to adapt to process improvements
- Ability to learn and utilize technology to support manufacturing processes
- Knowledgeable in Formulation and Filling
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred

- Demonstrates a working knowledge of jobs outside area of responsibility
- Maintains appropriate licenses training and certifications
- Works on assignments that are moderately difficult requiring judgment in resolving issues
- May assist in recommendation of processes on new assignments
- Adheres to all quality guidelines
- Works with limited supervision
- Work occasionally involves review of output by work lead or supervisor
- May provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members
