What Youll Need

Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years.
Experience working with babies in a nursery setting.
Strong understanding of EYFS child development and safeguarding.
Confident leadership communication and organisational skills.
A calm nurturing and proactive approach.

Lead the baby room creating a warm safe and responsive environment.
Plan sensory-rich nurturing activities tailored to each childs development.
Support and guide your team modelling excellent practice every day.
Build strong partnerships with families sharing progress and daily updates.
Oversee observations routines and key person responsibilities.
Ensure high standards of safety hygiene and wellbeing throughout the day.
