- Experience working with babies in a nursery setting.

- Lead the baby room creating a warm safe and responsive environment.
- Plan sensory-rich nurturing activities tailored to each childs development.
- Support and guide your team modelling excellent practice every day.
- Build strong partnerships with families sharing progress and daily updates.
- Oversee observations routines and key person responsibilities.
- Ensure high standards of safety hygiene and wellbeing throughout the day.
