Job Summary
Baker Hughes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our Radiography Systems business unit in Wunstorf Germany. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving financial performance managing complex financial operations and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a visible business leader and strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team influencing commercial operational and organizational strategies.
Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with business objectives profitability and cash flow targets.
Oversee budgeting forecasting financial planning and key KPI dashboards to ensure accurate performance tracking and long-term success.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax regulations internal controls and lead the annual audit process.
Identify assess and mitigate financial operational currency and credit-related risks through effective risk management frameworks.
Lead mentor and strengthen a high-performing finance team driving a collaborative results-oriented culture and attracting top talent.
Qualifications and Experience:
Advanced degree in finance accounting or a related field.
Demonstrated success as a CFO or senior finance leader within a technology-focused or similarly complex organization.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP IFRS and relevant tax regulations.
Proven experience managing complex financial operations in a global business environment.
Proficiency with systems such as Oracle SAP and Hyperion combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels; fluency in English and German is essential.
