Responsibilities
Complete repair orders efficiently and in compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Test-drive vehicles and perform system diagnostics using advanced tools and equipment
Diagnose maintain and repair a wide range of automotive systems including:
Engine & transmission
Electrical & steering
Brakes & suspension
Air conditioning and more
Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure customers clearly understand repair needs and recommendations
Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs
Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines
Qualifications
5 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician
A-Level skill set including Diagnostics Electrical and Engine Repair
Strong understanding of modern vehicle technologies
Positive hardworking team-oriented attitude
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with electronic diagnostic equipment
High school diploma or GED required
Valid drivers license
