Job Summary
This is an amazing opportunity if you are looking for the next step in your on high-profile green spaces with one of Green by Natures most prestigious clients.
This full-time hands-on leadership position will see you working within our Specialty Services team. Lead your team of garden maintenance staff ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and exceed our clients expectations throughout Brisbane
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance mentorship and training to the team to enhance their skills and safety practices
- Undertake hands on work including mowing pruning hedge trimming weeding mulching planting and general garden care.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within set timeframes.
- Operate and maintain tools machinery and vehicles safely
- Report progress issues and requirements to management
- Pest and disease identification and treatment
- Maintaining high horticultural standards and attention to detail

About You
You will be a mature and reliable people manager with high attention to detail who strives to exceed client enjoy being hands on with your team and passing on your extensive knowledge and experience to junior team members.
What youll bring:
- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens or relevant equivalent experience
- Proven ability to effectively prioritise work and develop junior team members
- Sound practical experience with a variety of tools and equipment such as mowers hedgers whipper snippers blowers hand tools and petrol operated equipment
- Current drivers licence
- Working with Childrens Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
