Role specifics and benefits: As a Travel Physical Therapist you will evaluate patients to determine functional deficits develop targeted rehabilitation plans and implement evidencebased interventions to improve mobility strength balance gait and independence in daily activities. Youll guide therapeutic exercises manual therapy assistive devices and education for patients and families adjusting plans as needed to ensure safety and progress. Youll monitor outcomes document progress accurately and collaborate with physicians nurses and other therapists to coordinate care and optimize discharge planning. This role supports ongoing professional growth within the specialty offering opportunities to master advanced techniques mentor peers contribute to quality improvement initiatives and expand credentials through continuing education. Competitive benefits include a weekly pay between $2305 and $2350 guaranteed 40 hours per week and the prospect of contract extensions. Housing assistance is available to ease relocation with additional options such as stipends or a housing allowance depending on the assignment. A signon or performance bonus may also be part of the compensation package.
