Job Summary
About the position
This Position for the producation Specialist with having Provide hands-on support and working closely with the Shift Manager to oversee day-to-day operations with the objective of achieving functional goals and objectives. Support and delivery improvement activities across the department. Responsible for coordinating production tasks ensuring quality and safety standards are met and acting as the first point of contact for Department Leaders and Operators. The Team Leader ensures work is carried out efficiently and accurately promoting a positive and productive working environment.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and supervision of Department Leaders and Operators
- Production delivery and achievement / improvement of department KPIs
- Health & Safety Quality and process compliance
- Ownership of scrap reporting
- Team support communication and collaboration to achieve functional objectives
- Documentation and reporting
- Identify and drive continuous improvements
Requirements
Work experience
- Manufacturing management experience 11 years
- Health and safety knowledge & experience
EducationDegree(s)
- Supervising qualifications /experience
- 5S & Lean manufacturing training
