You are a Media Manager.
Youare responsible forend-to-endmediacampaigns includingplanning execution and reportingand are the main day to-day client contact. Working with cross-functional teams to access allChangeMakersservices you will ensure the strategic delivery of client goals and businessobjectives.
You will provide leadershipandmaintaina broad level of involvement in all accounts in the group encouraging the highest quality media product and client satisfaction. You also play an activeroleincoaching training and mentoring juniorteam members. Weoperatein a fast-paced agile environment - which means wearing many hats being able to change direction quickly and showing an eagerness to learn as the need arises. The role requires people who can prioritize multitask and deliver.
What are your responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day client engagementand account management.
- Responsible for the developmentand executionof client specific mediacampaignsacross all channels including social search programmatic and traditional media where applicable.
- Participates in client-facingmediaplanand reporting presentations in conjunction with senior management.
- Conductsand reviewsin-platform execution across media platforms including campaign setups and optimizations.
- Developsandmaintainsclient and agency partner relationships.
- Supervisesandcoachesjunior staff on the day-to-day running of the account ensuring that tasks are completed on time project status ismonitoredand client requests are handledin a timely manner.
- Works with all internal resources including Account Services (if applicable) Strategy and Finance in carrying out theexecutionof theirmedia campaignsand client service requirements.
- Monitorsand managesprojectand campaignstatusto ensureon-time completion.
- Collaborateswith junior team members onoptimizingcampaign performance and conductingreportingtasksasrequired.
- Assistwith and oversee all media administrative duties including campaign set-up and maintenance and issueaccurateclient financial with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensures financial reporting and budget controls/forecasts are issued accurately and on time.
What type of person should I be
- 6 years of related work experience preferably in a brand or agencyenvironment
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing BusinessAdministrationor relevant field
- Hands-on experience executingmedia campaignsinplatforms including but not limited to Meta LinkedIn Google Ads PinterestTikTokReddit etc.
- Experience with day-to-day client-facing communication and presentations
- Working knowledge of programmatic media and DSPs an asset
- Working knowledge of traditional media print OOH TV radio an asset
- Experience working in a fast-paced professional services environment dealing with executive level decision makers and critical business issues
