Salary: 13.35 per hour (annual review)
Weekend Rate: 13.85 per hour
Hours: 24 hours per week

Who We Are Looking For

Experienced Senior Care Assistant Previous senior or shift-leading experience in a care home
Medication Trained Confident in administering and managing medication
Compassionate Communicator Kind empathetic and confident supporting residents and families
Committed to Quality Care Dedicated to maintaining high standards and resident-first care
Calm Creative & Resilient Able to lead effectively during challenges and inspire your team
