This position requires excellent clinical judgment strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate highly time-sensitive operations.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:
- Facilitate acceptance or refusal of donor organs for transplant ensuring timely communication with transplant centers surgical teams and other stakeholders.
- Execute complex logistical support for all aspects of organ recovery and placement including coordination of transport surgical teams documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in the development and execution of quality assurance programs and projects to ensure adherence to clinical standards regulatory requirements and organizational best practices.
- Use targeted assessment skills to assess transplant patients via telephone triage.

Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing Required
- Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Nursing or relevant area Preferred
Work Experience
- 1 year of ICU nursing experience or three (3) years of clinical nursing experience Required
- Progressive nursing experience with demonstrated success Required
- 2 years of transplant or closely related nursing experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
