BUILDING CLEANING PAINTING OFFICE SUPPORT & GENERAL MAINTENANCE AS ASSIGNED
- Police grounds picking up all trash in/around buildings and parking lots and main roadways. Inform the Property Manager if any obvious repairs or issues are noticed. Report on accumulated items stored outside garages and storage areas.
- Clean outside entrance to all buildings daily to including sidewalk steps railings intercom and doors. These areas should be free of flyer and trash.
- Pick up trash in all buildings daily report any maintenance matters in the common areas report broken mailboxes or hallway lighting replace bulbs on any interior and exterior common area building lights vacuum carpets and stairs when needed clean carpet spots/spills as needed spot check all walls and apartment doors and clean unsightly areas as necessary clean bugs from all light fixtures where needed remove cob webs as necessary report mats and door hangings and other items left in the hallway report any residents that discard of trash in the common areas. Report any deficiencies noted throughout building that need attention.
- Touch up clean laundry rooms when needed make sure there are no wet areas. (Emptying trash wiping down all machines washing floors. Report any deficiencies and call CSS to report broken machines.
- Site deliveries
- Touch up painting and painting as needed in the building and on the grounds.
- Touch up cleaning and trash removal in the management office clubroom and gym when needed refill paper towel soap dispensers and toilet paper dispensers in office and gym bathrooms when needed. These areas should be checked on daily.
- Remove trash from the trash rooms and clean floors as needed
OTHER:
Keep Property Manager Maintenance Supervisor and office informed of any events and problems that may be observed.
