ABOUT THE ROLE :
We are searching for a Digital Strategy Manager who is a true digital native with a conversion-obsessed and execution-focused approach ideally gained in a high-traffic pure-player environment.
You are the crucial link between strategy and delivery owning the performance of our core digital platforms. We need a hands-on leader who can move quickly from deep data analysis to tactical execution driving measurable business impact.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
You will be the driving force behind our digital performance responsible for three main areas: Strategy & Analysis Roadmap Ownership and Project Delivery.
1. Strategy Analysis & Business Impact
Conversion on our digital platforms: Own the performance and execution of high-impact digital initiatives specifically focused on improving website conversion and UX.
Analysis & Insights: Conduct proactive deep-dive analysis on website behavior and conversion funnels to identify opportunities and gaps.
Expertise and hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and Contentsquare (or equivalent).
Measurement: Own the tracking and post-launch analysis (KPIs adoption impact) for all new features.
Business Case Development: Create clear data-driven business cases defining ROI measurable targets feasibility and resource needs to justify investment.
2. Roadmap & Stakeholder Management
Translate insights benchmarks and stakeholder feedback into precise actionable business requirements (the What and Why) for the Product/IT team.
Lead the preparation and finalization of the digital roadmap gathering all business needs and prioritizing initiatives based strictly on quantifiable business impact.
Act as the central point of contact ensuring alignment across all business stakeholders and transparently communicating progress decisions and KPIs.
3. Hands-on Project Delivery
Work in close partnership with Product and IT teams to ensure the timely high-quality execution and delivery of all roadmap items (both strategic and BAU).
Proactively track progress anticipate and raise risks and intervene to remove roadblocks and adjust plans to maintain delivery momentum.
QUALIFICATIONS
5 years of hands-on experience in a Digital Strategy Digital Project/Product Management or Growth/Conversion role.
Proven track record working within a pure-player e-commerce or digitally mature company.
Analytical proficiency (GA4 Contentsquare) and practical experience working within an Agile/Scrum framework.
Education: Masters Degree (Business Engineering Marketing etc.).
Language: Fluent in both English and French is mandatory.
Deep Analytical Ability: Dissects data to find the needle in the haystack that drives value.
Bias for Action: Proactive takes ownership and is hands-on and removes roadblocks without waiting for direction.
Exceptional Clarity: Communication is sharp unambiguous and effectively builds consensus and alignment.
