Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Womens Health Care this role you will collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide high-quality care focusing on patient education preventive health and management of acute and chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments exams and develop treatment plans.
- Provide counseling and education on womens health family planning and wellness.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in State.
- Certification in Womens Health or relevant experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and team collaboration.
