Some of the things youll be doing:

Building trusted relationships with a portfolio of global customers and managing their export orders from start to finish.
Receiving and processing customer orders with accuracy and care.
Working closely with freight forwarders warehousing production and logistics teams to keep everything moving.
Staying proactive following up problem-solving and ensuring orders land on time.
Owning the admin that keeps us compliant and efficient including invoices documentation and reporting.
