The Role
As Pharmacist 5 Team Lead youll provide leadership and program management for the Formulary Management team supervising pharmacists and other staff under the direction of the Director. Youll oversee drug formulary processes offer expert advice on pharmacy practice and policy and represent the Ministry in inter-jurisdictional committees to ensure BCs priorities are heard. This role combines clinical knowledge with strategic influenceshaping drug coverage decisions guiding evidence-informed reviews and building relationships with diverse partners and stakeholders. Its an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on health outcomes while mentoring others and supporting equitable access to safe effective and affordable medications for people across BC.

About this Position:
This position can be based out of any of the locations listed above.
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to four (4) days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
