Job Description:

Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 68 years of experience in delivering scalable business-driven Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical capabilities drive end-to-end requirement analysis collaborate with cross-functional teams and support complex Salesforce initiatives across Sales Service Experience Cloud and integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with business stakeholders (Sales Service Marketing Operations CX) to gather analyze and document business requirements user stories acceptance criteria and process flows.

  • Facilitate workshops requirement sessions and solution discussions to translate business needs into functional Salesforce capabilities.

  • Develop and own end-to-end process documentation including as-is and to-be workflows impact assessments and gap analyses.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business teams and technical/development teams.

  • Support release planning project prioritization and roadmap discussions with product owners.


Technical Responsibilities


Convert business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for Salesforce configuration and custom development.
Work closely with Salesforce Admins/Developers to design scalable solutions using:
Apex LWC Flows SOQL
Custom Objects Permission Sets Validation Rules
Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud
Integrations via REST/SOAP APIs middleware (Mulesoft) and external systems.
Perform data analysis data mapping and assist with data migration cleansing and transformation logic.
Conduct feasibility assessments impact analysis and dependency mapping for new features.
Assist in performing system configurations (if needed): Flows page layouts reports/dashboards.
Validate technical solutions through design reviews working sessions and UAT support.

Testing & Quality Assurance


Validate system functionality integration behavior data accuracy and business rules.
Ensure defects are documented triaged and resolved efficiently.

Project Delivery & Governance


Lead solution delivery with Agile/Scrum methodology participating in grooming sprint planning and retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners Tech Leads Developers and QA for smooth release management.
Ensure compliance with governance standards documentation norms and security best practices.
Support post-deployment validation and change adoption.

Required Skills & Experience


68 years of experience as a Salesforce BSA or similar hybrid Business Analyst/System Analyst role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities limitations and best practices.
Demonstrated experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Solid understanding of Apex fundamentals integration patterns API concepts and data model design.
Proficiency in writing:
User stories
Data flow
Process maps (Visio)
Hands-on experience with SOQL data loader and Salesforce reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and propose effective solutions.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication facilitation presentation and documentation skills.
Salesforce certifications preferred:
Salesforce Admin (ADM-201)
Platform App Builder
Business Analyst Certification (highly preferred)
Cloud-specific certs are an asset.

Preferred Skills


Experience working with Case Management or Einstein Analytics.
Experience in multi-org enterprise-level environments.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across technical and business teams.
