Responsibilities:

Exposure to industry sectors viz. Energy Utilities / Financial services / Insurance/ Healthcare & Life Science/Manufacturing is necessary. Must have worked on both Hybrid and Agile engagement. Analytical skills articulating client business requirements into Product Backlog facilitating in Backlog Refinement & execution of Agile Assessments. Deep understanding of requirement management in Agile SDLC and creation of requisite artefacts String expertise in Planning Sizing and establishing Governance controls in Agile SDLC Must have good working knowledge of JIRA/Azure DevOpsConfluence/Slack/any other collaboration tools

Mandatory skill sets:

1. Possess basic understanding and exposure to DevOps process flow. 2. Basic knowledge on Enterprise Agile Transformation and Automation Testing experience would be an added plus. 3. Can Think Outside the Box and articulate thoughts effectively. 4. Flexible to travel for (25 to 30)% in a year 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills 6. Immediate joiner or can join in 30 days

Preferred skill sets: Certified Scrum Master with at least 2 to 4 Agile Project Management and Delivery experience across domestic and international sectors will be preferred. 1.
