The Regional VP of Strategy leads growth innovation and program development across our hospice service areas in n the DFW area. We seek a visionary leader who listens deeply collaborates openly and supports employees as the foundation of success.

Develop and execute strategic initiatives that expand care access.
Identify opportunities for innovation partnerships and new service models.
Support regional leaders in building high-performing mission-aligned teams.
Analyze market trends and lead data-informed strategy decisions.
Foster communication and collaboration across clinical operational and administrative groups.

Requirements

Senior-level strategy experience in healthcare.
Strong analytical communication and people-centric leadership skills.
