The Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE)Information Technology(IT)Managerwillbe responsible forprovidingNavy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE)ITservicesfor5enterprise networks and to customerslocatedthroughout the manage teams responsiblefor administration maintenance and cybersecurity defense of all Navy Enterprise Tactical Training Network (NETTN) client and server infrastructure used to support enterprise-wide modeling and simulation applications and services for the NITE.
This position requires managerial experience as well as a strong technical background working with Windows and Red Hat operating systems VMware hypervisors and experience with cybersecurity and patching tools such as HBSS ACAS Tanium SCCM Satellite etc. This job requires regular interface with senior and mid-level military personnel government and contractor event ops personnel as well as engineering staff throughout the organization. The candidate will lead and train junior personnel and have oversight of most IT Ops related efforts.
