RESPONSIBILITIES
The person in this position:
- Processes audits validates and voucher for payment of all bills and expenses resulting from the transportation warehousing drayage and cartage of product to and from all facilities used by Hormel.
- Inputs and maintains accurate database entries in applications software for the payment process including Order Processing Load Status Manugistics and Oracle.
- Assists in miscellaneous related activities such as handling documents and information regarding freight and warehouse bills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- High school education or the equivalent.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience with personal computers and word processing.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Windows environment to include Microsoft Word Excel and Lotus Notes.
- Ability to accurately enter data at the rate of 6000 kph.
- Ability to use custom computer programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to initiate appropriate action independently.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize work.

The base hiring pay range for this role is between $17.25-$24.00 per hour and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge skill set level of experience and geographic market location.
